NJR Homes is a Canberra based company servicing the ACT region focusing on custom new homes, renovations, extensions and knock-down rebuilds. Whether it be a new home designed to include the ideas you have, or a renovation /extension to breathe new life into your existing home, NJR Homes can work with you to make your home what you want it to be!

We are operated by Managing Director Nick Rowe who is a qualified carpenter with over 20 years of residential building experience. Having hands on experience in the building industry means a strong focus is placed on maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and ensuring that all relevant regulations are met.

We use local trades and suppliers as this not only allow us to have more control over the quality of work we produce, but it also helps to support other businesses in the community.

Once you have signed up with NJR Homes you won’t be passed to project/site or administration managers – you will deal directly with Nick who will guide you step by step through the building process and collaborate with you to ensure that the final product is what you have been dreaming of.
